Refrigerator door shell mold manufacturing process
The SCPC color plate with thickness range of 0.6mm to 1mm is needed to make the door shell of refrigerator refrigeration door, and the shape size of the part depends on the specific size of the refrigerator door. Usually the size design range is 920 to 1050mm x 540 to 700mm. This range belongs to the reasonable design size of ordinary refrigerator. Although the shape of refrigerator door shell parts is relatively simple, but its bending process is extremely complex, so that the mold in a stamping process can be achieved three bending process. During the three bending process, the control of each punch and concave die is very particular, mainly the fine control of its motion relationship, which is also the difficulty in the whole die design process.
Generally speaking, the forming process will be selected according to the shape characteristics of the parts. Its process flow is as follows: first, the first forming of the arc bottom surface of the parts is carried out by U-bending. The first forming process is much more complicated than the last two, because the first forming is prone to wrinkling and other phenomena, if not taken into account. Control is difficult to recover after the first molding. In the second and third forming processes, the two bending forming process of the end flanging should be adopted. First, the upper and lower parts of the cutting angle, then flanging, and then according to the specific data analysis to determine the stamping process. After two lateral U bending, the final mold can be formed. Among them, the two bending in the forming process can be achieved by wedge. The mold after forming has the automatic feeding and discharging device, and it can achieve production automation, thereby improving production efficiency.
