1 Overview
The equipment adopts servo drive rotation and filling, motor drive to open and close the mold and connect the mold, clamp adopts the mold temperature machine heating mode. The equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, satisfying the requirement of cyclopentane foaming.
2 production process parameters
2.1 curing time: 280 seconds to 400 seconds (within any 0--999 seconds).
2.2 type of blowing agent: (cyclopentane + polyether) + isocyanate.
2.3 door foaming form: split foaming (door shell under, inside lining).
2.4 injection form: open mold continuous charging;
2.5 mechanical beat: no more than 40s, each class can produce 600 refrigerators required door body.

4 operation process
After opening the mold, the operator puts the door shell and the inner lining into the mold respectively, then the lower mold frame is lifted to the horizontal position by the connecting mold motor, and the gun head is filled with the pre-set data automatically according to the program. After the injection is completed, the gun head is moved back to the waiting position. The servo drive starts to drive the rotating frame. In the process of rotation, the lower mould frame is rolled along the smooth track to form a mold. After the rotation is in place, the positioning cylinder is positioned, and the clamping device is used for clamping the mould, and the cylinder is positioned to exit. Servo-driven rotating rack rotates, die connection motor rises to the position of die connection, rotating disc positioning cylinder positioning, unlocking device unlocks, electric die connection, the lower die holder with the die connection mechanism rotates down to the bottom of the tilt position, the operator takes out the cured door body, and then put the entry shell and inner liner, an action cycle Complete.
