The frame is a welded structure frame, which can be used to install rolled circles and other parts by stress removal and reprocessing after welding.
The driving part is composed of motor reducer, sprocket, chain and so on. It drives the active roll to rotate, and the meshing transmission between the active roll and the driven roll is made up of gears. The motor power is 1.1Kw.
The roll is wrapped with soft polyurethane on the outer surface of iron core to prevent the flattening of workpiece patterns and protect the workpiece surface. The lower roll is fixed, and the gap between the upper roll and the lower roll can be manually adjusted.
The plate positioning device is composed of supporting plate and two side guide plate, which is used to guide the plate when it enters the roll. The guide plate is made of tungsten steel with hardness over HRC60. It can prevent long-term frictional damage on the edge of the plate. The guide plate is fixed on one side and manually adjustable on the other side to meet the requirements of products with different widths.
