1.1.1 base
Located at the bottom of the equipment, welded by profiles and steel plates. After welding, it is processed after aging. The chassis is mainly used for four guide pillars and core-expanding and rotating driving of the installation equipment. Four guide pillar installation holes are machined at the corresponding positions of the chassis. The frame is also equipped with equipment adjustment feet.
1.1.2 sports rack and drive system:
It is composed of a moving frame and a lifting driving system.
The frame is welded by steel plate, and then processed after aging. Expansion shaft for mounting flanging assembly and core mold;
Lifting drive system: It is composed of servo motor, ball screw pair, balance cylinder and so on, which drives the lifting of motion frame.
1.1.3 top shelf
It is welded by profiles and steel plates, welded and processed after aging. It is used to install servo motors.
1.1.4 four guide post
The top frame, the moving frame and the base of the equipment are connected by four main pillars. Because the four pillars play the role of connection and support, the guide pillars are made of 40Cr material. After quenching and tempering treatment, the diameter of the guide pillars reaches 80mm, which makes the guiding system strong and rigid enough to ensure the movement accuracy and position of the lifting platform.
1.1.5 core
The utility model is composed of a fixed seat, an upper flange, a lower flange, a cone shaft and a slide block. When the moving frame is pressed down, the expanding axle extrudes the conical axle, the conical axle extrudes the slider, and the six-valve slider expands outward, the inner cylinder is tightened; the moving frame rises and the slider retracts under the action of the spring. To protect the surface of the inner cylinder, non-metallic materials are placed outside the slide block.
1.1.6 flanging module
It is composed of servo motor, gear (or synchronous belt), ball screw pair, linear guide pair, cylinder and pressure wheel, flanging wheel; it is used for flanging the end of cylinder.
1.1.7 security door:
It is composed of aluminium profile, plexiglass, cylinder, linear guide pair and so on. It is installed in the operation station of the equipment. Before the equipment is ready to run, the safety door drops and plays a role of safety protection.
